Because digital marketing services require planning, time, and resource allocation, we follow a structured refund policy:

Non-Refundable Services

• Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• Once a service or campaign has started or work has been delivered (such as strategy planning, content creation, ad setup, reporting, etc.), no refund will be issued.

Eligible Refund Situations

A partial or full refund may be considered only if:

• The project has not started within 7 business days of payment and you request a cancellation.
• A double payment was made by mistake.
• There is a failure on our part to deliver any service due to unforeseen technical or internal issues.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

One-Time Projects

• If you wish to cancel a service before work has begun, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.
• If work has already started, only unused portions of the service may be considered for a partial refund (if applicable).

Monthly/Recurring Services

• You may cancel ongoing services (such as SEO or social media management) with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
• If you cancel after the billing cycle begins, services will continue until the end of the month, but no partial refund will be provided.
